Digital Poster Making Competition

Prizes, Rules and Timelines

1. Eligibility:

1. • Open to all age groups for classes VI - XII

1. • VI-XII classes are divided into 2 categories VI-VIII & IX-XII

1. • Participants can enter as individuals or in teams (maximum of 3 members per team).

2. Theme:

2. • The theme for the competition is "Digital Transformation with AI".

2. • Posters must adhere to the theme to be considered for judging.

3. Submission Guidelines:

• File format: JPEG or PNG.

• File size should not exceed 10 MB.

• Each participant/team can submit only one entry.

Note: Posters can be created digitally using any graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.) or any other medium of your own choice

4.   Content Requirements:

4. • Posters must be original and not infringe on any copyrights.

4. • No offensive or inappropriate content.

4. • Include the title of the poster and the name(s) of the participant(s) on the poster.

5.    Judging Criteria:

5. • Creativity and originality.

5. • Relevance to the theme.

5. • Visual appeal and design.

5. • Clarity of message.

6.    Submission Process:

7.    Prizes:

7. • Prizes (Medals - Gold Silver Bronze, Goodies & Certificate) will be awarded to the top three entries in each category. 

7. • Certificates of participation will be given to all participants.

Timeline

1. Announcement of Competition: September 1, 2024

2. Start Date: September 5, 2024

3. Theme Announcement: September 5, 2024

4. Submission Deadline: October 25, 2024

5. Judging Period: October 26-31, 2024

6. Winners Announcement: November 01, 2024

Note: No entries will be accepted after the submission deadlines.
